The Directory provides listings, advertising placements, and informational resources for dental practices and visitors. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in activities that disrupt functionality.
Dental practices may create advertiser accounts to manage listings and advertising placements. Advertisers must provide accurate information and maintain compliance with dental advertising regulations.
Visitors may browse listings and contact dental practices. Users agree not to submit false reviews, spam, or harmful content.
All platform content, including layout, design, and branding, is owned by the Directory. Advertisers retain rights to logos, photos, and content they submit.
The Directory may contain links to external websites. The Directory is not responsible for content or policies of third-party sites.
The Directory does not guarantee specific results, patient outcomes, or appointment volume. Listings and advertising placements are informational only.
The Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Advertiser in the previous 90 days.
The Directory may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
