These Dentist Advertiser Terms ("Terms") govern advertising placements purchased by dental practices ("Advertiser," "Practice," "You") on the Dental Directory ("Directory," "Platform"). By purchasing any advertising plan, You agree to these Terms.
The Directory provides paid promotional placements including Featured Listings, Homepage Spotlights, City-Level Banners, Specialty Category Banners, and Full Metro Takeovers. Each placement is designed to increase visibility and attract new patients within the OKC metro.
Advertising is available only to licensed dental professionals and dental practices operating within the United States. The Directory may request verification of licensure, ownership, or practice information.
All advertising plans are billed monthly unless the Advertiser selects an annual prepay option. Payments must be made via approved payment methods. Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of advertising placements.
Advertising plans renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled. Annual plans renew automatically at the end of the term unless the Advertiser provides written cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to renewal.
Advertisers may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Advertisers must provide accurate information including practice name, address, phone number, website, specialties, photos, and promotional details. The Directory reserves the right to edit or reject content that is inaccurate, misleading, or inappropriate.
Advertisers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including dental advertising rules, HIPAA guidelines, and state board requirements. The Directory is not responsible for verifying compliance.
The Directory does not guarantee specific patient results, appointment volume, or revenue outcomes. Advertising performance varies based on market conditions, competition, and user behavior.
The Directory may remove or suspend any advertisement or listing that violates these Terms, contains false information, or harms the integrity of the platform.
The Directory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Advertiser in the previous 90 days.
The Directory may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of advertising services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
